Directions

Mouthwash: Rinse mouth with 10-20ml of our delicious mouthwash twice a day for up to thirty seconds then expel. Do not use if bottle seal is broken when purchased. Do not dilute, swallow or swig from the bottle. Not recommended for children under 6. Toothpaste: Toothpaste with fluoride. Brush twice a day or as directed by a dental professional. Caution: not for use by children under 7 years old.

The toothpaste and the alcohol-free mouthwash both contain natural plant enzymes (papain and bromelain), help lift surface stains and help reduce the build-up of surface stains from tea, coffee, wine and more. Both are hydrogen peroxide-free.

Protection.

The toothpaste contains 1450ppm fluoride and the mouthwash 250ppm. Together they help prevent cavities, help reduce plaque, help strengthen enamel and freshen breath.

Naturally fresh.

With natural peppermint and other naturally derived ingredients, they leave your mouth feeling clean and your breath feeling fresh. 98% of the toothpaste’s ingredients are of natural origin (ISO 16128).

Only what’s necessary, certified vegan.

Both formulas are approved by the Vegetarian Society and contain no artificial colours or dyes. The toothpaste is SLS-free and contains no titanium dioxide; the mouthwash is alcohol-free.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on all UK orders over £20. Below that it is a flat £4.50. The delivery charge itself does not count towards the £20 threshold. We do not currently ship outside the UK.
When will I get my order?

We aim to despatch all orders within two working days. From despatch, please allow a further 2 to 3 working days for standard delivery. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee in addition to your statutory rights. If you are not satisfied, tell us within 30 days of receipt. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may also cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, returning them unused and unopened for a full refund including standard delivery.
Are your products vegan and SLS-free?

Our formulas are SLS-free and never contain alcohol. Vegan status is shown on each product page. Formulated with specialist chemists. Tested with dentists.
How do I recycle my Waken packaging?

Our mouthwash bottles and toothpaste tubes are widely recyclable. Please empty and replace the cap before putting them in your household recycling, and check your local council guidance for your area.
