To remove the old head, twist it counter-clockwise and lift. Clean any residue from your Sonic Toothbrush handle using a damp cloth or paper towel. Slide the new brush head onto the handle and twist clockwise to secure. Rinse the brush head before first use and thoroughly after each brushing session. Dentists recommend replacing the toothbrush head every 2 to 3 months. To dispose of the heads, once removed from the brush handle, use pliers to gently pull the bristles out of the brush head. Dispose of the bristles with household waste. Dispose of the brush head in your household recycling.
