Make sure brush head is secured on the brush handle. Add a pea-sized amount of toothpaste on your brush head with a splash of water, push the power button to turn on. Brush your teeth for two minutes, twice a day. The integrated brush timer will pulse every 30 seconds to remind you to brush each quadrant of your mouth. When the brush is on low power the battery icon will pulse quickly. Flip open the base tab to reveal the USB charging port and plug the charger cable into a USB mains charger or USB port. Leave for at least 2 hours. The battery icon will pulse slowly while charging, and will stop pulsing and remain lit when charging is complete. Make sure your brush is dry before charging.

We advise you to change your sonic toothbrush head at least every three months.

We're committed to sustainability and we want to ensure our toothbrush heads are disposed of responsibly. While our sonic toothbrush heads are made from a special type of plastic derived from waste products, most standard recycling streams in the UK may not be well equipped to handle this material.

To make recycling easy for you, we've set up a take-back scheme. Once you've used six of our toothbrush heads, simply collect them and send them back to us. Pop them in any envelope and mark it "FREEPOST WAKEN". Then drop that in any post box or at any Post Office. We'll take care of the rest, ensuring they're properly recycled. If you aren't used to a sonic toothbrush, then the first few times you use it may feel tickly or awkward. Stick with it! Over time you will get used to this feeling. There are also three settings on the brush. Use the lowest power setting if you are uncomfortable.
